My  practice is based in Westport, Connecticut but serves all of Fairfied County and I conduct telehealth therapy for those in New York and Westchester County. I built my practice with an emphasis on high quality patient care and experience with  a particular emphasis on communication and responsiveness. I feel privileged to be entrusted with a patient's care and to bear witness during their vunerable times while they seek help.

I earned a BA from Yale College-Yale University, an MA from Teachers College-Columbia University and earned my doctoral degree at  the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. 

I underwent further training through a predoctoral internship at Clifford-Beers Child Guidance Clinic and Post Traumatic Stress Consortium, a postdoctoral residency at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut. I am a member of an organization called Give an Hour which  provides theraputic services to service members, vets and their families and I have served as a Special Master for the Conneticut Judicidary as well as consulted with local schools.

My practice is dedicated to working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families, helping them make essential changes to improve their functioning and enhance their quality of life. I seek to empower patients with solution-focused approaches guiding them through challenging situations and relationships within a warm, constructive, and confidential environment that restores balance in their lives.

I help patients achieve hope, problem-solving skills to use in the future and personal empowerment for those facing anxiety, depression and adjustment issues. I also provide  therapy for individuals, couples who are experiencing the challenges of infidelity, marital discord, divorce and the accompanying changes for themselves and their families.  I specialize in parental education to address issues concerning children as well as providing psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
